An interactive workshop for women
When Did I Lose Me?™
3 Keys to Finding Yourself Again, Reconnecting With God, and Enjoying the Life You're Living
A Christ-centered workshop for women who have spent so much time being strong, responsible, achieving and taking care of everyone else that somewhere along the way, they stopped feeling quite like themselves.
Sometimes you don't need another thing to do. Sometimes you need space to notice what's been happening inside you.
For churches · women's ministries · professional communities · organizations · women's groups
Maybe you came here thinking about the women you serve...
and somewhere along the way, you recognized yourself.
If you found yourself in these words, there's an invitation here for you, too.

Sometimes losing yourself doesn't look like falling apart.
Sometimes it looks like becoming really good at holding everything together.
She's the one everyone can count on. She handles things. She loves her family. She loves God. From the outside, her life may even look pretty good.
She's just tired underneath the gratitude.
Maybe she's been doing so much for God that she realizes she hasn't simply been with God in a while. Maybe she's been what everyone needed for so long that she isn't sure what she needs anymore.
Or maybe one day she catches herself wondering—
When did I lose me?
This workshop creates room for that conversation.
Words she may already be saying
Everybody needs something from me.
I know I need to slow down… but how?
I love God. I just don't feel as connected to Him as I want to.
I should be grateful. So why do I still feel like something is missing?
I don't even know what I enjoy anymore.
I know there's more. I just don't know what it is yet.
Different words. Different lives. But sometimes there's something underneath all of them worth getting curious about.

What if you don't need to try harder to find yourself?
What if finding your way back doesn't begin with another goal, another checklist, or becoming a better version of yourself? What if it begins by getting quiet enough to return to the One who already knows you completely?
You don't find yourself by trying harder. You return to the One who knows you completely.
You don't have to leave your life to come back to yourself. And you don't have to become someone new. Maybe it's time to remember.
Three conversations we have together
One
How did I lose myself while doing everything I thought I was supposed to do?
Responsibility, achievement, serving, expectations, being the person who handles things—how all of it can quietly create distance from ourselves.
Maybe losing myself didn't happen because I failed. Maybe it happened while I was trying so hard to do everything right.
Two
What have I been carrying—and why does it feel so hard to put down?
Everybody needs me. I should be doing more. If I don't do it, it won't get done. This is just who I am.
Is that who you are—or is that who you learned you needed to be?
Three
How do I begin finding my way back?
Three simple movements: Return—step out of the noise and reconnect with God. Receive—stop trying to earn what God has already given. Remember—begin separating who you are from everything you do.
There is a way back, and it begins with returning to God, not trying harder to reinvent yourself.
This isn't about
Doing less for the sake of doing less. Walking away from responsibility. Becoming self-focused. Reinventing yourself. Adding one more thing to an already-full life.
It is about
Creating space. Returning to God. Getting curious about what you're carrying. Receiving instead of striving. Remembering who you are beneath everything you do.
Live led, not driven.
Mary's heart. Martha's hands.
Life may still require Martha's hands. But what would change if we learned to carry it with Mary's heart?
Can I carry what God has given me to carry without letting all of it pull me away from Him?
Luke 10:38–42

Hi, I'm Leslie.
For a long time, I was really good at doing. Working. Achieving. Taking care of people. Showing up. Handling what needed to be handled. And honestly, a lot of those were good things.
But somewhere along the way, I realized I could be doing all the right things—to the letter—and still feel tired, restless and disconnected from myself.
I had to learn that I didn't need to try harder. I needed to come back. Back to God. Back to rest. Back to knowing I was already loved. And eventually, back to myself.
That journey is a big part of why I do what I do today. Before this chapter, I spent more than 25 years in HR technology, payroll and business transformation, so I understand achievement, pressure and being the person who gets things done. I've lived in that world too.

Know God. Know you're loved. Live fully alive.
And maybe most of all—live led, not driven.
A conversation worth bringing to your women.
Whether your women are navigating career, family, ministry, leadership, transition, midlife—or simply the quiet realization that they've been carrying too much for too long—When Did I Lose Me?™ gives them room to pause, reflect, reconnect and begin a different conversation.
It's designed to be more than a presentation. It's interactive and reflective—room to write, think, talk, laugh, breathe and get honest with themselves and God. Warmth, vulnerability, Scripture and practical reflection, together in a way that feels personal rather than performative.

For the woman who found herself in these words
Maybe this conversation is for you, too.
Maybe you came here because you're considering the workshop for a group.
Or maybe somewhere along the way, you recognized a little of yourself.
If something here stirred a question, a longing, or simply made you wonder what it might look like to reconnect with God and yourself in this season, you don't have to have everything figured out before taking a next step.
Sometimes the next step is simply a conversation.
